We cannot exchange due to incorrect choice as we guarantee that every garment we ship is brand new ex-factory - not even "tried for size". P
lease take care when selecting your items and read all of the product details, measurements, etc (click on any product image) carefully before placing your order with us.

Quality control in our own warehouse mean that packing errors and defective issues rarely occur. However, if any item is found to be defective on arrival, or incorrect according to your order, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button.

When your return is approved, you will receive an RMA number. This RMA must be written on the label or outside of the parcel before you return it. Returns with no RMA on the packaging cannot be accepted at our end, and will be automatically returned to your address. So, please do not send any return items to us without first obtaining an RMA!

We'll notify you via e-mail of your replacement item or refund once we've received the returned item and processed the RMA.

That's absolute, end of story. What's more, the payment transaction gateways that are securely connected to our website mean that we do not see your bank account or credit card details at any stage in the online shopping process. We cannot process any order before receiving payment. All orders must be prepaid before delivery. All deliveries are trackable, but we cannot be made liable for any loss or damage in the hands of third-party carriers. This being said, our carriers are among the best in the world and considering the volume of goods that we ship every day of the week, delivery issues are extremely rare.

We represent quality products and reputable brand names and manufacturers so that you can be assured of not just good value, but satisfactory performance. We have tested products in-house for general ease of use and results, but can make no guarantees ourselves or on any manufacturer's behalf with regards to use in any other environment. We try very hard to keep stock availabilities accurate and up-to-date on our website. On rare occasions we may sell out of certain imported items unexpectedly and it may sometimes take days or weeks before our next shipment arrives. Should this occur, we make contact as soon as possible and offer substitute options or a refund on unavailable item/s.
